 | "Jordan has been our Act Trainer/Consultant since we purchased the software in early 2009. He assisted with the installation, set up and customization of the program and helped me make sure it was ready for our first team training session, which went off without a hitch. By the time we’re finished rolling this out, he will have trained more than 55 people in our state agency. Jordan is thorough, organized and patient in his interactions with us. At a couple of points in our rollout, we needed help to correct rather major errors we had made and he provided several options to us, allowing us to choose the method best suited for us to get back on track.
