With GoToMeeting, our consultants can join you "virtually" at your desktop and either talk you through tasks as we observe, or - with your permission - take control of your desktop to resolve technical issues and show you how to complete tasks. We can see what you are doing and you can see what we are doing on your system!

And because there is no travel involved, we can provide support and quick how-to's in sessions of 15 minute increments instead of the minimum 2 hours for an on-site visit from one of our consultants.
